Carol A's daughter, Kim, introduced us to this great, yet simple, chicken marinade on a July 2007 camping trip to Indian Lake. Just do it!
½ cup cider vinegar
½ cup vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
Poultry seasoning to taste
Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for however long.
